Louretta Dawkins

Business Development Manager 

Louretta is the Business Development Manager for North and South Carolina. She is a licensed broker in both states with 15+ years of Property Management/Real Estate experience. She joined the HomeRiver Group team in 2018.

She serves on the board of Health Guidance, a non-profit patient advocacy organization that serves local families in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community free of charge through their critical medical illness, utilizing our personalized health management service.

Originally from Kentucky, Louretta and her husband Victor now reside in Mooresville NC and enjoy traveling and spending as much time as possible with their grandchildren.

Sharese MacDonald

Regional Manager 

Sharese MacDonald has been with HomeRiver Group since 2014. She is intensely dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensures all clients are well informed and satisfied.

Madison Amelotte

Institutional Leasing Manager

Madison Amelotte has been in Property Management for 4 years, with experience in Multifamily, Residential, and Commercial properties. She joined the HRG team in February of 2022. Madison loves making meaningful connections and strives to create positive experiences for all HRG clients.

Originally from Dallas, Texas. Madison moved to Charlotte from Seattle, WA in 2021 after spending three years in the PNW. When she isn’t working, you can find her exploring the city with her dog Sunday, or on the hunt for live music

Vanessa Moultrie

Retail Property Manager

Vanessa has been in Property Management for over 10 years with over 20 years of customer service. She started out as a Leasing associate and was quickly promoted to social director. From there she was promoted to Assistant Manager and then to Property Manager, all in the time span of 5 years. Since, Vanessa has expanded her knowledge of property management by receiving her CAM. She is eager to bring her knowledge and experience into the single-family industry to learn much more!

Santiago Aliss

Resident Coordinator

Santiago joined HomeRiver Group in 2018 as a maintenance coordinator for several markets including Indiana, North Carolina, Florida and more. In mid-2020 Santiago joined the property management team as Resident Coordinator for the North Carolina-Triad market where he aims to provide efficient and quality service for all of our residents.

As a student, Santiago had the opportunity to travel which allowed him to learn about the different languages, cultures and peoples of the world. This also strengthened his love for cooking, making it one of his favorite leisure activities, second only to listening and playing music.

Eugenia Della Porta

Resident Coordinator

Joined the Andes team in June 2020 as a Leasing Agent for Institutional Accounts. In November of 2021, Eugenia joined HRG as a resident coordinator for the North Carolina market. When not at work, she loves to sing and cook.

Teresita Conway

Resident Coordinator

Teresita joined HomeRiver Group in 2022 as a Resident Coordinator for the North Carolina market where she aims to provide caring and quality service for our residents. For the better part of 15 years, Teresita has worked in the service industry for both residential and commercial properties where she managed emergency services, rehab, new construction, project management and natural stone maintenance. During her leisure time, she enjoys restoring vintage pieces and long hikes with her pups.

Roxanne McCracken

IAG Maintenance Manager

Roxanne McCracken joined HomeRiver Group in 2019 and has been instrumental in providing maintenance support to our clients. She has more than 20 years of experience in property management and have managed both multi unit buildings as well as single family properties. She loves spending time with family and enjoying the occasional motorcycle ride with her husband. Roxanne is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients and residents.

Rachel Hartman

Resident Coordinator

In the fall of 2021, Rachel joined the UnderWriting team of Home River Group, supporting the Southeast and Central territories. In May of 2022, she transferred to the Property Management department as a Resident Coordinator for the North Carolina market. Rachel expresses her caring nature by volunteering at cancer centers and animal shelters. In her free time, Rachel likes to complete crafting projects and travel with friends and family.

Taylor Frogley

IAG Maintenance Coordinator

Taylor currently holds the position of Maintenance Coordinator for the North Carolina branch. She came from working as a Multi-family Property Manager out of the Boise, Idaho office. She has been working with HomeRiver Group since July 2018 and has experience as a lease-up Property Manager, assisting with many new construction projects in Idaho. Taylor currently resides in Gulfport, MS, and enjoys taking her 2 dogs to the beach or on trail hikes in her free time.
